Your order will typically ship within 48 hours of purchase.

After your payment is verified, shipping your order typically takes up to 48 hours. Purchases made after 2 PM PST will be processed the next day and shipped out within 48 hours.

Please note that this does not include weekends and holidays. If you order after 2 PM PST on a Friday, your order will be processed the following Monday and shipped out within 48 - 72 hours.

We ship both USPS and FedEx; your location and the contents of your order decide which carrier is utilized. 

The expected shipping time is 3-5 days if you are located within the contiguous USA. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories, the shipping time can be up to 2-4 weeks.

When significant weather events in the United States impact the shipping hubs of fulfillment and shipping partners, we sometimes experience delays in processing and delivery. 

You may notice that your shipping label has been created, but the tracking status is pending, which means the package has been picked up by the carrier and is awaiting processing at their processing facility. If it has been more than 14 days since you placed your order and still haven't received it, reach out to us, and we will assist you!
