Try clicking on the "Check out as guest link" in your cart.
If you are checking out with Shop Pay and are experiencing issues with a coupon or promo code, try clicking on the "Check out as guest" link at the bottom of your cart (see below). This will take you back to the COOLA.com page.
Once back on COOLA.com, re-enter your coupon code and click "Apply." Your discount will be applied to your new total. If you're still experiencing issues, chat with us or send us an email and we'll assist!
