Why does my status say "Unfulfilled"?

"Unfulfilled" means we're preparing your order to ship!

Don't worry.  We successfully received your order.

"Unfulfilled" means that it hasn't shipped yet. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number, and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

If your order has been in "Unfulfilled" status for more than a couple of days, please send us an email by clicking here, and a COOLA Expert will make sure your order finds its way to you.
